On Tuesday, Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol starrer Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge completes 25 years since it’s release. It featured Amrish Puri, Farida Jalal, Anupam Kher, Parmeet Sethi and others in significant roles and was a big hit back then. Speaking of DDLJ stars SRK and Kajol, the two have starred in several movies together and it was back in 2015 that they featured in the movie Dilwale. According to a report in Hindustan Times, back in 2007, during a rapid-fire round in the second season of Koffee With Karan, Kajol was asked a very tricky question, to which she reacted in the most hilarious way possible. The actress was asked about her reaction if Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s son Aryan Khan eloped with Ajay Devgn and her daughter Nysa Devgn, 10 years later. Kajol then went on to reply and gave an epic response to the question.

The DDLJ actress said, “Dilwale Dulhe Le Jayenge.” She quoted the words of her movie’s title, drawing reference to her film co-starring Shah Rukh Khan. As SRK and Rani Mukerji also attended the show along with Kajol, when King Khan was asked the same, he shared how he didn’t understand the joke and mentioned that he is too scared if she gets related to him.

Meanwhile, Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge released back in 1995 and went on to garner a huge fan base surrounding it over the decades. The film marked the directorial debut of producer-director Aditya Chopra.
