Deepika Padukone is a complete family woman, as she often expresses love for her mom, dad and little sister, Anisha Padukone, and hubby Ranveer Singh, of course. On Sunday, badminton champion Anisha celebrated her birthday and her dear sister sure made it extremely special and memorable for her. A video from Anisha’s low key birthday bash sees the Bajirao Mastani actress celebrating it by lighting several cupcakes for Anisha and in the background; we could hear someone singing the birthday jingle. In the clip, Deepika looked adorable in a loose white shirt, which she paired up with a pair of gold hoops and a high bun. Anisha, on the other hand, donned a white collared dress and she looked graceful as ever. Deepika was equally excited as the birthday girl, as she set up the cake for her. Well, it wasn’t your mainstream birthday cake. We could see several delicious cupcakes with sparklers on them. Check out the video below:
Before this, Deepika paid a heartwarming tribute to her father and acclaimed badminton player Prakash Padukone, on the 25th anniversary of his badminton academy. She shared a couple of his throwback pictures from the field and wrote, “Pappa, Your contribution to Badminton and Indian Sport is immeasurable!
