Recently, Deepika Padukone was spotted at the Mumbai airport as she heads back to the city after her mini vacation. Deepika looked uber cool with her peach pink co-ord set styled with a white t-shirt and white sneakers over it. As usual, Deepika was seen smiling cheerfully to the paps at the airport. Well, as soon as the actress's papped pictures and videos went viral, netizens trolled the actress connecting it with Ranbir - Alia's wedding.
As the actress headed back to the city, netizens trolled her for coming to Mumbai after Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt's wedding. A user commented on one of the paparazzi's social media handles, "Ranbir ki Shaadi hote hi wapas aa gayi". Other comment read, 'Vapis aa gayi Deepika,' 'Chalo ab reception over..ab ghar chalte he'.
For the unversed, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone dated each other for a quite a long time. The couple fell in love on the sets of their film Bachna Ae Haseeno. Later, the couple got separated after dating each other for 2 years.
Meanwhile, Deepika Padukone had also extended her wishes on social media to the newlyweds Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt. Reportedly, Deepika had also gifted Ranbir and Alia a pair of watches from Chopard which is said to be worth around Rs 15 lakhs.
On the work front, a month back, Deepika Padukone wrapped her shooting for the highly awaited film Pathaan along with Shah Rukh Khan. Apart from this, the actress will be also seen in Yash Raj Films Fighter along with Hrithik Roshan.
