Whenever we spot them together, mostly at the airport, our heart reaches out to them. But speaking of not treating us with many photos of the duo, today, she decided to dig out a little deep and managed to pull out a rare and precious photo of the two from the archives and it warmed our hearts. Today, Deepika’s father Prakash Padukone is celebrating his 65th birthday and for the same, the actress shared an endearing birthday wish along with a throwback photo of herself with her father attached to it.

The picture in question is her childhood photo where we see little Deepika who is sitting on his lap and getting all warm and love from her father Prakash who is simply seen beaming with happiness. Sharing the photo on her feed, she backed it with, “To the greatest off-screen hero I could have ever had! Thank You for showing us that being a true champion is not only about one’s professional achievements, but also about being a good human being! Happy 65th Birthday, Pappa!
