After their fairytale wedding tale at Lake Como, Italy on December 14, 15 following Konkani and Sindhi rituals respectively, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh held two receptions- Bengaluru and Mumbai. Before, the newlyweds start gearing up for their 3rd reception at Grand Hyatt Mumbai on December 1 for Bollywood fraternity, the couple arrived at Siddhivinayak Temple to seek the blessings of Lord Ganesha with their families.
The Bajirao Mastani couple looked ethereal as they arrived in colour-coordinated Sabyasachi outfits at the temple. Ranveer Singh looked handsome in an off-white churidaar-kurta paired with a Nehru jacket, while Deepika opted out for a beige suit. Twinning seems to be the way for these newlyweds. After tying the knot in Italy, DeepVeer returned to Mumbai
on November 18. On November 20, the newlyweds jetted off to Bengaluru for their
first reception, which was held on November 21 for their relatives and close
friends. The couple looked every bit of royal on the day. Deepika’s Kanjeevaram
saree was gifted to her by her mom, while Ranveer dazzled in Rohit Bal
creation. DeepVeer returned to Mumbai on November 22.
Later, the couple hosted their first Mumbai reception at Grand Hyatt (Santacruz) on November 28, which was attended by relatives, friends and senior journalists. Deepika looked stunning in Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla creation, while Ranveer wore a Rohit Bal outfit, yet again.
