While Deepika Padukone's Chhapaak recently made it to the theatre, the actress has already jumped onto her next. Yesterday, she took to social media to make the announcement. Deepika announced that she will be stepping into the shoes of Anne Hathaway for the Hindi adaptation of the film The Intern which also starred Robert DeNiro. Now, as fans are way too excited for the upcoming 2021 release, a fan on social media compared the actress’s latest haircut to Hathaway’s look from the 2015 film and shared how her new haircut makes sense now.

Many fans took to Twitter to wish the actress luck for her next film, but several also commented on how Deepika’s latest haircut makes sense totally. Replying to Deepika’s announcement, one fan tweeted, “Our feel good movie with our CEO character. Now, the current haircut makes all the sense. Also, I love this team, they both are such good actors and will definitely nail their characters. #TheIntern.”  In the film, Anne Hathway sported a cool straight shoulder-length haircut, and Deepika's latest hairstyle is somewhat similar.
