Desi Girl Priyanka Chopra Comes To A Woman’s Rescue; Helps Her Drape The Saree Perfectly

Priyanka Chopra may be a global icon, but she is still a desi girl at heart. The actress recently helped a woman drape her saree at the wrap-up bash of The Sky Is Pink. The actress was spotted, at Sky Is Pink wrap-up bash, with a bandage on her leg. The actress seemed to have injured her left knee but that didn’t take the enthusiasm from Priyanka.
Priyanka is known for her skills in saree draping as well as looks stunning in one. The desi girl becomes a Good Knight and saves a Damsel in Distress. The woman draped apparently has a wardrobe malfunction with saree she is wearing; the generous actress takes to her, to help her drape her saree properly. The actress also drapes the saree for the woman. The woman then leaves the place with a million dollar smile on her face.
Priyanka is known for her helpful nature especially towards women and children. The Sky Is Pink is based on a real life story of motivational speaker Aisha, played by Zaira Wasim, who was affected by pulmonary fibrosis. Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar play parents to Zaira. The film is directed by Shonali Bose and will hit theatres on October 11, 2019.
The actress recently received the Danny Kaye Humanitarian Award by UNICEF. She received the award for the work she carried as the Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF to encourage their Education programme for women and children in the refugee camps of Ethiopia.
