Dharmendra Asks For Forgiveness After His "Anari Lag Rahi Thi" Tweet On Hema Malini's Broomstick Controversy
After Hema Malini was mercilessly trolled for sweeping outside the Parliament House, Dharmendra too mocked her, albeit in a very honest manner. And it certainly didn't go down well with Hema Malini.
Hema Malini was mercilessly trolled for sweeping outside the Parliament House. However, Dharmendra too mocked Hema with his most honest reply. Though his comment was winning the internet, it certainly didn't go down well with Hema Malini. The actor took to his Twitter handle and posted an apology note for his previous tweet.
Taking it to his Twitter account, Dharmendra tweeted, "Kuchh bhi keh baithta hoon ....... kuchh bhi KI bhawna ko.... . Talking about the viral video, the 70-year-old veteran actress and MP are seen joining the cleaning drive. However, Anurag Thakur was seen dedicatedly sweeping the road while Hema Malini had some issues managing the broom.
Many users called her senior actress fake and trolled her relentlessly for not showing initiative during the campaign. Many other MP’s are also calling the video a fake attempt and social media users turned the video in memes.
In April, Dharmendra was campaigning for his beloved wife Hema Malini in Mathura. Dharmendra and Hema Malini addressed a public rally and people gathered in huge numbers.
FYI, Dharmendra had a brief political stint about ten years ago when he contested the 2004 national elections from Rajasthan's Bikaner on BJP ticket and won.
A few weeks ago, Esha Deol delivered the second baby, Miraya. The photos of their first public appearances were also floating on the social media but there were some unseen photos of Miraya with her big sister Radhya and grandma Hema Malini that were surfacing on the internet.
