Where was Deepika Padukone when star trainer and pilates expert Yasmin Karachiwala launched her book last week?
The launch was finally concluded at the hands of Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif, who also train with Yasmin.
An insider insists that Kartrina's presence was the real reason why Deepika stayed away,
However, a friend of the Om Shanti Om actress told SpotboyE.com, "Deepika is busy with Bajirao Mastani. There are times when she shoots day and night, and sometimes, it's only a night shift. She had informed Yasmin that she won't be able to make it due to her shoot."
We bet, Yasmin didn't want the attention to digress from the book to the two competing contemporaries sharing the stage. But given her long-standing association with Yasmin, shouldn't Deepika have been standing right beside her on her big day?
