Apart from his onscreen performances, Saif Ali Khan is also known for making some candid confessions. The actor has never shied away from sharing funny and unknown anecdotes about his early life. During one of his promotional interviews for his film 'Bunty Aur Babli 2', the Omkara actor shared an incident when he got punched for dancing with girls at a club. He also revealed that he had to apologize to his former wife Amrita Singh on camera.
It so happened that Saif visited a nightclub with his friends after the premiere of his film ‘Main Khiladi Tu Anari’ to celebrate the movie. At the club, some random girls requested him to dance with them. Thus, he agreed and danced with the girls for some time and later left. Much to his surprise, one of the girl’s boyfriends came up to him and threatened him to smash his face. The guy punched Saif on his forehead for dancing with his girlfriend.
In the interview, the Hum Tum actor also mentioned that he later apologized to his ex-wife Amrita Singh on camera.
Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh parted ways in 2004 and have two kids, daughter Sara Ali Khan and son Ibrahim together. During her appearance on Voot Original Feet Up With The Stars, Season 3, Sara had opened up about her parents Saif and Amrita’s separation and asserted that since they weren't happy together, the best decision at the point was to part ways.
