Dilip Kumar is still recuperating at Lilavati Hospital. He was hospitalised 2 days back. He was shifted from his
special room on the 11th floor of the hospital to the Intensive Care Unit,
yesterday, as he suffered a renal failure. He is still in the ICU.
Since morning, a team of doctors- headed by Dr. Nitin
Gokhale, is monitoring him. Till a few hours back, his kidneys were not
responding well to the treatment and he had passed very little urine.

However, the latest update is that fortunately the
doctors have got things under control and his kidneys have started responding
to the treatment. He has passed a good quantity of urine indicating better
functioning of kidneys, at least to some extent.
Dilip Kumar has been keeping unwell for the past few
days. He was not eating well and hardly drinking any water.
