Ekta Kapoor recently announced her next venture which will star Disha Patani in the lead. For the same, Ekta shared a glimpse of Disha or should be we say her first look on her Instagram handle, leaving us totally confused. Because going by Disha’s get-up, it is quite similar to Ekta’s avatar. In the picture, the Baaghi actress is seen wearing loads of malas and gemstones rings in her hand, just like how Ekta wears. However, we can’t help but think if we are going to see a biopic on Ekta Kapoor or what? We might be reading too much between the lines but her look hints that way and even her caption screams Ekta Kapoor biopic.

While sharing the picture on her handle, she wrote a very funny caption that kind of confirms that we are thinking in the right direction. Her caption read, “KTINA ka sab ko ‘JAI MATA DI’! (she used to b TINA ab KTINA as K suits her ...her Astro said )but yaaaar who wears so many rings???? @dishapatani As never before #favscript #shootbegins” Guess, now even you guys must be thinking the same, right? Even Television actor Karan Wahi commented saying, “are we getting a BIOPIC of the one and only?” Check out the picture in question below:

According to Telly Chakkar, it is reported that the movie is underway for its first shooting schedule and the team has left for Chandigarh. The report further states that Disha will be seen playing the role of a small town Punjabi girl which will be different from her previous characters.

Plus, even Ekta mentioned in her caption that she will be seen in a never seen before avatar. It will also be the first time that Ekta and Disha Patani will be working together. Well, going by the first look, we are pretty excited to know more details about this film.

Apart from this, she was last seen in Bharat opposite Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Sunil Grover which was helmed by Ali Abbas Zafar. She will next be seen in Mohit Suri’s Malang co-starring Anil Kapoor, Aditya Roy Kapur and Kunal Kemmu.
