Divya Agarwal and Varun Sood parted ways after dating each other for almost four years. In March, the Bigg Boss OTT winner took to her social media handles to announce her separation from the actor and asked fans to respect her decision. Divya also called Varun a‘ great guy’ and said he will always be his best friend. Even post their separation, they both continue to remain friends and were recently spotted together by paparazzi. In a recent interview, Divya has opened up about her split and dealing with her personal losses.
The actress, who is currently busy promoting her upcoming show Abhay 3, told India.com that this is perhaps not the first time when she is not talking about her personal front, she has always kept her personal life away from the media glare. Divya pointed out that since fans are used to see her online and on web shows, they want to know everything about her. However, she hopes that they understand that emotions are on a deeper level.
Divya said, “If I say, I am not going to discuss my personal life, it is not going to happen as people are so used to seeing me 24/7 live. So, in reality shows, people have seen me that’s why they expect so much as they feel connected and I don’t want to hurt their sentiments. With time, I feel they will understand and I want people to understand that emotions are at a deeper level."
Earlier, while announcing her breakup, Divya had written on her Instagram post, “Life is such a circus! Try n keep everyone happy, expect nothing that's true but what happens when the self love starts declining?? No i don't blame anyone for anything that's happening to me.. I feel worked up.. and that's okay.. I want to breathe n live for myself.. that's okay! I hereby formally declare that I'm on my own in this life and would like to take my time to live the way I want to!” ALSO READ: Divya Agarwal Reacts To Rumours Of Ex-Beau Varun Sood CHEATING On Her With Madhurima Roy; 'He Is An Honest Man'
