One of the most anticipated festivals in India, Diwali is celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm. It is one of the most beautiful times of the year as every street, every house is lit with beautiful lights, diyas. People wear their finest clothes, light fireworks, offer prayers and worship Goddess Lakshmi for prosperity. Last year, Desi Girl Priyanka Chopra celebrated her first Diwali after marriage with hubby Nick Jonas, and the pictures she shared were simply gorgeous!

Priyanka Chopra had given fans a glimpse into her Diwali celebration with Nick Jonas in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. She took to her social media and wished fans a Happy Diwali, while sharing stunning pictures from her Deepawali celebration. She wrote, “Happy Diwali to everyone celebrating. From mine to yours,” along with the hashtags ‘Diwali in Cabo’, and ‘Peace and prosperity.’ The first picture showed Priyanka looking beautiful in a golden saree as she posed with Nick, who was dressed in a white shirt and grey trousers. Priyanka completed her traditional look with huge gold earrings and had her hair tied back in a neat bun.

The second picture showed Priyanka and Nick sitting along with a large group next to a pool as they celebrated together. The third snap showed a huge villa decorated with lights all around. It was a special occasion for Priyanka and Nick both, as this was their first Diwali together after marriage. Check out the pictures below:
