Canadian rapper, Drake called his ladylove Athiya Shetty a 'Goddess' and we think he's hit the PDA game, bang on!
It’s been the year of romantic stories for our
celebrities as one after the other, we see love affairs taking shape in the
film industry. From Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh, Priyanka Chopra-Nick Jonas
to Neha Dhupia-Angad Bedi, we have seen some amazing love sagas coming to the
forefront.
There is one more love story that’s being talked about in
hushed whispers; and that belongs to Suniel Shetty’s daughter Athiya Shetty and
Canadian rapper, Drake. They have been managing their long-distance affair
pretty well and we are often teased with glimpses of their PDA on social media.
This time, it turned extra-special for the actress as it was her birthday. So,
on the eve of her 26th birthday that falls on November 5, Drake put up the
most lovey-dovey comment for his ladylove, as he wrote, “Happy Birthday to my
SHETTY a true goddess!!!! Guess who's watching Mubarakan 3 times on the tour
bus in your honour.”

So much of love, no?! For those seeking to know how
it all started, about a year ago, Drake saw Athiya Shetty at a party in Los
Angeles and was bowled over. Soon after, they got chatting and instantly built
a connection. Post that, they started following each other on social media, and
ever since Drake spares no chances of commenting on Athiya’s pictures.
We vividly recall a picture from her childhood that also
had her actor-father Suniel Shetty in it. Drake had a ‘Legendary’ reply to it,
which left Athiya laughing out loud.
