Drive Social Media REVIEW: Fans Toss Jacqueline Fernandez-Sushant Singh Rajput Starrer, 'Zinda Rehne Ke Liye Bacha Kya Hai?'
It was in the year 2017 that Karan Johar’s Drive was scheduled to release. However, after getting shelved for several times, this Sushant Singh Rajput and Jacqueline Fernandez’s oh-so-jinxed film has finally made it to the screens, albeit on our phones and televisions through the streaming giant Netflix. Drive premiered on November 1 and after such power-packed trailer with the theme of car-racing and some chartbuster songs, fans were excited about the film. However, with the kind of reviews that have been pouring in on social media, it looks like the viewers are mighty disappointed.

While many criticised Drive’s not-so-convincing VFX, a lot of them trolled Karan Johar for dumping the film on Netflix and making the viewers suffer. A user wrote, “#DriveNetflix is like gareebon ka version of players, need for speed 2 graphics bundled in a movie,” while another one tweeted, “Even Road Rash has better graphics than this Big budget shitty film. No story and no logic at all. It was not expected @NetflixIndia @Netflix_CA will release this movie on their platform. 0/5 stars.. #DriveReview #DriveNetflix @karanjohar @Asli_Jacqueline @itsSSR” One user sarcastically trolled the makers by writing, “#DriveNetflix. Except for terrible VFX, dialogues, story, logic, direction, script...This movie was awesome!!!”

Check out the reactions below:

Drive has been written and directed by Tarun Mansukhani. It also stars Boman Irani, Pankaj Tripathi, Vikramjeet Virk and Sapna Pabbi in pivotal roles. Before finally making to Netflix, Drive was pushed for several reasons, VFX is among one of the most cited ones.
