There has been a lot of excitement ever since Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez announced the news of the Netflix film Drive, in which she will be starring opposite Kedarnath star Sushant Singh Rajput. The film will soon stream on Netflix and so far, and fans are excited to see the fresh pair of Sushant Singh Rajput and Jacqueline Fernandez together. Instead of the film releasing in theatres, Drive will stream on the digital platform. Now, the first song of Drive titled Makhna is out and the peppy number will be stuck in our heads for a long time!
Yesterday, that is, one day before the release of the song, the latest poster of the film was released and showed the lead stars Sushant Singh Rajput and Jacqueline Fernandes along with Sapna Pabbi and Vikramjeet Virk in a sultry picture donning their beachwear and sunnies and revealed that the song would come out today at 12 pm. Jacqueline Fernandez took to Instagram to share the poster and wrote, “Hop into the backseat, #Drive coming to #Netflix soon & #Makhna, song out tomorrow at 12 pm to make you go crazy! @karanjohar @apoorva1972 @sushantsinghrajput @tarun_mansukhani @DharmaMovies @netflix_in @zeemusiccompany.” Now the song Makhna is out and This peppy song will surely get you grooving to its upbeat music! The music has been given by Tanishk Bagchi and Makhna has been sung by Tanishk Bagchi, Yasser Desai and Asees Kaur. While the film Drive was earlier announced to be released on June 28, 2019, it has been postponed. The film got pushed several times and so far, there is no official confirmation of its release date. Talking about the delay, a source told Pinkvilla, “There are multiple reasons behind the film getting pushed so many times. There is huge VFX work involved on the film which needs to be complete. Plus, there might be a bit of patchwork or reshoot, depending on what the team decides on”.
