Ekta Comes To Randeep's Rescue?

Main Aur Charles, starring Randeep Hooda as the infamous serial killer Charles Sobhraj, has been awaiting release for more than a year now. The movie was expected to hit the screens last summer but didn’t. Reason the Prawaal Raman-directed film has not been able to find the right hands to distribute it.
Now, SpotboyE.com has exclusively learnt that Ekta Kapoor has decided to take over the project.
“Top officials from Balaji Telefilms have already seen the film. Ekta is keen on the project but a final call will be taken once the concerned officials submit their report on the projects viability to her,” says a source close to the project.
Ektas Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai had previously given a new lease of life to Randeep. Will history repeat itself?
