Bollywood celebs such as Ekta Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra, Bhumi Pednekar and others are coming together to help the labourers, who earn their livelihood via wages. In order to support them these celebs are urging people to contribute which shall help these workers with basic necessities during the lockdown period

The entire world is in a tragic state due to COVID-19, with India too taking safety measures by observing a lockdown of 21 days, Bollywood industry have come forward to help the ones in need. While we remain locked down in our houses, there are labourer and workers who earn their livelihood via daily wages, however now with the entire film industry pressing on the pause button these workers are left in despair. Hence, in this hard time, Film and Television Industry and The Art Of Living have join hands to support them.

Taking to their social networking accounts celebs just lend their support towards them. Ekta Kapoor urged the people to donate for their basic necessities which would help them survive during the lockdown. This contribution of every individual will help the two giants to provide workers with ration for next 10 days. Joining the league was Bhumi Pednekar, Dia Mirza, Kiara Advani, Sidharth Malhotra, Sanjay Dutt and few more. Urging people to donate just in order to support them, while we fight out COVID-19 together  during the lock down.

Actor Sidharth Malhotra too tweeted urging people to come forward and lend their helping hand, “In times like these, we need to step up for the ones in need. I’m happy to contribute for this humanitarian cause. And guys whoever can help, you all can also contribute online.”
