We're sure you all know XXX - yep, the Ekta Kapoor erotic film starring Kyra Dutta which went on floors earlier this year. But what if we told you that this Balaji production may be toned down by few notches?
You see, Ekta was shocked when recently, Censor Chief Pahlaj Nihalani rejected her Kyaa Kool Hain Hum 3 outright, citing that the film contained lot of objectionable content. The TV czarina had hoped for an 'A' certificate but Nihalani found it too vulgar for even that. Now, the sex comedy is being sanitised on the edit table.
Meanwhile, Ekta doesn't want a repeat of this episode with XXX. We hear, she has asked the film's director Ken Ghosh to keep a close watch on the content and make it 'eligible' for an A certificate.
Not just that, buzz is, she has pushed the release of XXX to next year.
All that Ken said, when contacted, "The film will be up for Censor certification only early next year. We have a song and a scene left, and then the post-production. I don't want to say anything beyond this."
