It may have taken more than 40 meetings for (producer) Ekta Kapoor to convince Mohammad Azharuddin that he should allow her to make a biopic on him. But it was relatively easier for the film's costume team to get access to the former Indian cricketer's flashy wardrobe.
But why did they ask in the first place, we asked around?
Reason- The film's director Anthony D'souza thinks that the film will be incomplete without Azhar's collection of watches, clothes and shoes.
A source says, Azhar is very particular about his clothes and watches. He was a very stylish guy and remains so till date."
A request has also been sent to Azhar to lend his cricket jerseys and gear too.
