Legendary Bollywood actor Dharmendra is all set to make his comeback with a film directed by filmmaker Karan Johar titled ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. The film also features Jaya Bachchan, Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh. It was only recently that the cast of the film was announced. The film is more special because Dharmendra is going to portray a romantic character opposite Jaya Bachchan. In an interview now, actress Esha Deol has opened up about her dad Dharmendra’s acting comeback.
Esha Deol said she’s excited to watch her dad with her ‘favourite’, actress Jaya Bachchan. Speaking with ETimes, the actress said, “I’m really looking forward to seeing him back on screen with another favourite of mine, Jaya aunty. I love her.” Talking about Karan Johar further, she added, “Karan Johar makes brilliant films so we will all look forward to watching Rocky Aur Rani for sure. I wish them all of the best!”
Esha Deol also spoke about Hema Malini’s comeback. She shared that her mom is currently looking for the right script. Esha mentioned that the veteran actress is sorting scripts for herself. She said, “She is not very easy to please!” Esha continued, “An actor will always be an actor, so she is again looking for the right script to come her way, to give her time, energy, passion towards her craft. I think just that one script needs to click with her and she will do it”
