Sonu Sood's humanitarian acts in this ongoing pandemic got him the title of 'Migrant Messiah.' He selflessly extending a helping hand for sending lakhs of migrants home in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. He even helped thousands of stranded students across geographies and during city floods. His act even got him the prestigious SDG Special Humanitarian Action Award by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). However, as his initiative called 'Ghar Bhejo' is still going on and helping many stranded people, there are some who are making fun out of it. Some users are seeking help for random things but Sonu, taking it sportingly, always chooses to give a hilarious reply which leaves the internet in splits. And well, once again we saw the same when he indulged in a funny banter with a social media user when he asked his help to drop him to The Maldives.
 
Yes, a social media user shared a tweet which read, "Sir.. muje Maldieves jana hai.. Pocha ke do naa." Responding to the fan's request, Sood wrote, "Should I drop you there on a bicycle or rickshaw?" LoL. Sood even got a reply from the user who said, "Sir... Muje bilkul accha nhi lagenga.. ki aap Cycle chalaonge.. aur mai Piche baithunga.. sorry Sir..!!" His witty reply took the Twitterverse on a laughter riot as they were pouring in laughing emoticons.
 
As at one side, some social media users are making fun out of his 'helping hand' gesture, then there are some are in desperate need of help and are genuinely asking for one from the actor. Speaking of which, he recently took to his Instagram account and shared a picture of 'help mails' that he has received from various people. He wrote, "'HELP' mails that I receive every day. I wish I could reach out to everyone, which looks impossible. Will wait for the day when these letters will reduce in numbers and we will have more prosperity everywhere."
