Farhan Akhtar And Shibani Dandekar To Tie The Knot On February 21, Confirms Javed Akhtar; 'It Will Be A Very Simple Affair'

Javed Akhtar confirmed that Farhan Akhtar is all set to marry Shibani Dandekar this month. The couple's wedding will take place on February 21. It will be a 'very simple affair' and will take place at Javed's family home in Khandala. Javed Akhtar also revealed that the invitations are yet to be sent out.
Speaking to Bombay Times, Javed said, "Yes, the wedding is taking place. Rest, shaadi ki taiyyariyan hain that is being taken care of by the wedding planners."
"Taking the situation into consideration it is obvious that we cannot host anything on a large scale. So, we are only calling a few people. It will be a very simple affair. Khair abhi tak toh invitations bhi nahi bheje gaye hai," he added.

Farhan and Shibani are one of the most loved couples of Bollywood. They keep giving fans relationship goals all the time. Last month, on Farhan's birthday, Shibani shared a bunch of photos with him and wrote, "My Foo, to what will be your best year yet. Love you FOREVER. Happy birthday."
Farhan was previously married to Adhuna Bhabani. The former couple got divorced in 2017. They have two daughters together - Shakya and Akira.
On the work front, Farhan is all set to make his directorial comeback with Jee Le Zaraa. The film stars Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt. It is slated to release next year.
