Farhan Akhtar And Shraddha Kapoor’s ‘Yaariyan’ At Riteish Deshmukh-Sajid Khan’s Talk Show
What’s surprising is that the concept of Riteish Deshmukh and Sajid Khan’s talk show- Yaaron Ki Baraat-as the name too suggests, is to call thickest of friends on their chat show. So when did Farhan Akhtar and Shraddha Kapoor’s 'Yaari' become so thick?
Riteish Deshmukh and Sajid Khan’s chat show is all about catching up to relive memories as friends. That’s the reason guests like Amitabh Bachchan and Shatrughan Sinha made an appearance on the show as their friendship go back in time.
So, when Farhan Akhtar and Shraddha Kapoor shot for this show recently, we were quite surprised! After all, they have just got to know each other through their film Rock On!! 2.
Of course, there is a strong buzz about their growing proximity and current equation. So was that the reason that they both appeared on ‘Yaaron Ki Baarat’? May be Farhan’s ‘Atrangi Yaari’ with Shraddha has a lot of tales to tell. Or has the concept of the show changed to- 'Film Promotion Couples' are also welcomed!
Whatever the reason be, we were quite amazed to see them together on a show which only talks about great friendships! Apart from deviating to 'Dosti' and publicizing their film, was this to make a point that we were never 'Involved'? Hmm.. Making a point loud and clear! We get it.
Farhan and Sharddha will be seen in their upcoming film Rock On!! 2 which is a sequel to the 2008 film Rock On!! The original film also starred Farhan Akhtar in the lead. However, Prachi Desai played his love interest in that film.
Rock On!! was a blockbuster hit and it gained lot of love and appreciation from the youth- A big credit for that goes to its music which was composed by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy! But Rock On!! 2 has failed to create that ‘Magic’ with its music album. None of the songs have gained momentum till now and the buzz is missing.
The only buzz is Farhan and Shraddha’s ‘Yaariyan’ as we can see!
