Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan enjoys a huge fan base all over the world. From his social media interactions with fans to attending events, netizens go gaga over him. He is often credited for his down-to-earth and humble personality. On Tuesday he attended a celebration in Dubai and also took part in a promotional event for a real estate brand that belongs to one of his close friends. While he met up with a few acquaintances and guests at the event, he encountered an overenthusiastic fan that forcefully kissed his cheek.
In the video that is currently going viral on the subreddit Bolly Blinds N Gossip, SRK looks suave, dressed in a black suit. He walks in with his bodyguards and manager Pooja Dadlani. While greeting the guest, a woman walks up to SRK, holds him by the neck and plants a long kiss on his cheek. Being the gentleman that he is, the actor endures it with a smile on his face and then goes back to posing for selfies with the other guests. This is not the first time a celebrity had to go through something like this. Over the last few months, Ranbir Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur too had made the headlines as female fans had forcefully grabbed them with the intention of kissing them. It had caused quite an uproar among the netizens. While many schooled the female fans to respect one’s personal boundaries, others couldn’t stop cringing.
On the work front, last seen in the blockbuster movie Pathaan, Shah Rukh Khan has Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki and Atlee’s Jawan in his pipeline. He will also do a cameo in Salman Khan’s Tiger 3.
