Filhall, an upcoming Punjabi single, sees Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar romancing Kriti Sanon’s younger sister, Nupur Sanon. The poster of this single was unveiled yesterday and had opened to a great response, making fans wait for the song. Well, guess, they have inched a step closer, as the makers have now dropped in the teaser of Filhall on social media. And, by the looks of it, we could sense some great chemistry between Akshay Kumar and newbie Nupur with, of course, some soul-stirring Punjabi vocals. The clip begins with Akshay Kumar romancing Nupur and the two were a treat to watch. It further moves to the hardships faced by the couple, as the girl’s parents don’t seem to approve of their relationship. The climax, however, is extremely tragic as it sees Nupur, who is severely injured, swinging between life and death. Right from the visuals to singer B Praak’s heart-touching vocals; Filhall seems to be a perfect blend of love and heartbreak. Check out the teaser below:
It was in September that Filhall went on floors and various glimpses from the same were shared online. Interestingly, it marks Nupur Sanon’s entry into the showbiz and she looks extremely gorgeous. In her heartwarming Instagram post, Nupur had opened up on sharing screen-space with Akki She wrote, “From being his fan to being blessed to be his co-star...what a magical feeling! Couldn’t have asked for a better start than being paired opposite my favourite @akshaykumar ..sir.. you’ve been so warm to me, cracked me up (even during emotional scenes) and just made me feel super comfortable with your Dilli wali Punjabi. Thank you for being so so amazing!”
