Once again an unidentified person has opened fire outside Jamia Millia Islamia. The incident took place on Sunday night. It's the third reported case of firing in 4 days. Members of the film and TV fraternity took to twitter to react.

Once again an unidentified person has opened fire outside Jamia Millia Islamia. The incident took place on Sunday night. It's the third reported case of firing in 4 days. Members of the film and TV fraternity took to twitter to react. In a statement issued by the Jamia Coordination Committee (JCC), stated that a group comprising students and alumni of the university formed to protest against the Citizenship Amendment Act, reports TOI. The statement read that the attackers were on the motorbikes.

This is the 3rd incident that took place in 4 days in the Jamia Nagar area. The first incident was reported on Thursday when a minor fired at anti-CAA protesters preparing to march from Jamia towards the Rajghat, injuring a student. Another incident was reported two days later when a 25-year-old fired two rounds in air at Shaheen Bagh. As 3rd incident has taken place, film fraternity people have been taking to Twitter to express their anger on the same. (ALSO READ: What! A student at the venue was reported telling a section of the media, “We heard the gunshot. That is when we stepped out to see and the two men left on a scooter. We have taken down the vehicle number and called police.”
