Bollywood actor and filmmaker Salman Khan often finds himself amid controversy. Despite getting beefed up security, due to gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s constant death threats, the fans of the actor were left worried after gunshots were fired at his Bandar residence early on Sunday morning. A CCTV clip of two unidentified individuals had surfaced on the internet where they were seen roaming outside the apartment building on a bike. Now, new pictures of the alleged attackers have been identified.

In the photo, which is currently doing the rounds on social media, two men have been identified who allegedly fired shots at Khan’s residence. Dressed in casual clothes, they are seen carrying bags with them. As reported by the Free Press Journal, Central agencies have received important clues regarding the shooters. According to the report, the bike, the accused used during the shooting, was discovered near the Mount Mary Church in Bandra. Fans and the 58-year-old actor’s acquaintances have been reaching out to him to express their concern and solidarity. Talking about the entire incident, a senior crime branch official confirmed that the bullet from the gunshot hit the first floor of the Galaxy apartment, where Khan and his family reside. They go on to add that a “foreign pistol” was used during the firing. Quoted by the Free Press Journal, he added, “A special crime batch team is probing the firing to track the assailants. Through a Facebook post, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother Anmol Bishnoi, claimed that he was responsible for firing the gunshots. Threatening the Dabangg actor, he wrote, “We want peace. If the only decision against oppression is war, then so be it. Salman Khan, we have only shown you a trailer so that you understand the magnitude of our strength and do not test it. This is the first and last warning. After this, shots will not be fired outside the house only. And we have dogs named after Dawood Ibrahim and Chota Shakeel, whom you consider to be Gods. Now, I don't have the habit of talking much.”

On the work front, Salman Khan will be next seen in AR Murugadoss’ upcoming action flick. He also has Vishu Vardhan and Karan Johar’s The Bull in the pipeline. If reports are to be believed he will be collaborating with Shah Rukh Khan, for YRF’s spy thriller Pathaan vs Tiger.
