Fitoor Director Gattu Returns To Acting?

SpotboyE has exclusively learnt that Sujoy Ghosh has approached Fitoor director Abhishek Kapoor for his bromance drama, Reunion.
"The film requires characters with different personalities and Sujoy feels Gattu (as Abhishek Kapoor is fondly called in the industry) will bring a unique sensibility to the table. A narration has been given to him but he's yet to respond," our source said.
"He can only commit to dates after he wraps up Fitoor, which should be before this year-end," the source added.
It'll be a case of life coming a full circle for Gattu if he does accept the role - he had started his Bollywood journey as an actor in Uff! Yeh Mohabbat.
Earlier, SpotboyE had reported that both Rajkummar Rao and Ali Zafar had turned down the movie (After Vidya and Kangana, Rajkummar Rao ditches Sujoy Ghosh, Sep 12). Well, it seems after giving up on actors, Sujoy is chasing people of his own ilk to join his film's cast!
