Four More Shots Please Actress Maanvi Gagroo Mocks R Balki For ‘Find Me A Better Actor Than Ranbir Kapoor Or Alia Bhatt’ Statement; Asks ‘How To Apply?’
Padman director R Balki has become the talk of the time for all the wrong reasons. R Balki in his latest interview gave his stance on nepotism that once again was sparked after Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise. Giving his opinion on the existing nepotism in industry, the Ki And Ka director had said, ‘Find me a better Ranbir Kapoor or Alia Bhatt, then we’ll argue.’ Well, this statement of director has not only created a stir on social media but has also attracted a few epic replies from filmmakers and actor, After Apurva Asrani and Shekhar Kapur gave a list of actors better than RK and Alia, to R Balki, Four More Shots Please actress Maanvi Gagroo wants to know how to apply for the role.

Taking to Twitter, Maanvi asked R Balki, “How to apply Sir?” Before Four More Shots Please, Maanvi has proved her acting skills in Rani Mukerji starrer No One Killed Jessica, PK, Udja Chaman and recently released Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan among many others. Reacting to Balki’s statement, Apurva has recently Tweeted, “Manoj Bajpayee, Rajkummar Rao, Vicky Kaushal, Ayushmann, Kangana Ranaut, Priyanka Chopra, Taapsee Pannu, Vidya Balan, Richa Chaddha. Many others too if we look beyond A list film families, and take a few chances. I love Ranbir & Alia, but please, they aren't the only good actors.” Though Maanvi was quick to suggest that Alia and Ranbir both are good actors.

“Pankaj Tripathi, Gajraj Rao, Amit Sadh, Jaideep Ahlawat, Rasika Dugal, Swara Bhaskar, Shweta Tripathi, Sanjay Mishra, Neena Gupta, Divya Dutta, Manav Kaul, Nawazuddin, Jeetu. My god, I could go on & on about the wonderful talents we have. Stop fussing over the same 3-4 names now!,” had read his another Tweet.

R Balki had told Hindustan Times, “The question is do they (star kids) have an unfair or bigger advantage? Yes, there are pros and cons. But I’d ask one simple question: Find me a better actor than Alia (Bhatt) or Ranbir (Kapoor), and we’ll argue. It’s unfair on these few people who’re probably some of the finest actors.” (ALSO READ: Fashion Label Fat-Shaming Maanvi Gagroo Issues An Apology; Removes Ad With ‘Styles To Hide Your Curves’ Tagline)
