Freddy Daruwala's Dad Tests POSITIVE For Coronavirus; Actor Calls It An 'Emotionally Draining' Time That Has Left Him 'Depressed'
Actor Freddy Daruwala revealed of the waiting period after his father underwent COVID-19 test left him down and depressed
Model-actor Freddy Daruwala who revealed of his father being tested positive of Coronavirus, talked about being low and depressed before the news was broken to them. The actor revealed more than the loneliness in the quarantine period, it is the wait after tests which gets a person worried. He termed this phase of waiting for results ‘emotionally draining’. Mentioning about despite taking utmost precautions and his father being tested positive, got him worried. Currently the family is taking all the precautions to curtail the further spread of this virus.
During his interview with Times Of India, he said, “Initially, when the test results had not come and we were in limbo, it was absolutely an emotionally draining situation for me. Not knowing what has happened to my father and the unawareness of what will happen if we find negative / positive results kept me very down and depressed.” Currently the actor’s bungalow is thoroughly sanitized by Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.
Ever since the news of his father being tested positive was out, the family has isolated his father in their bungalow and are maintaining safe distance from him. Also the actor revealed of his father just using one room and a washroom to maintain the hygiene level.
He further added, “So, since we found out about my father’s positive results, we’re making sure that he is isolated and using only one room and one dedicated toilet to himself. His clothes, bed sheets and other used things are sanitised, washed and kept with utmost care. The rest of the family members are keeping a safe distance from him.
