Both the actors recently shelled out some major friendship goals. The Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui actress has received the 'coolest gift ever' from Varun and took to her Instagram to share a glimpse of it with her fans and followers. Vaani also gushed over their bond by calling the actor ‘best.’
Taking to her Instagram story, the actress shared a photo of a beautiful hand-painted piece of denim. The picture shows a girl and a cat, symbolizing the actress and her fur babies. Alongside the click, Vaani wrote, “This is the coolest present EVER! VD you’re the best @varundvn,” followed by a heart emoji. The actor was quick to take note of Vaani’s sweet shoutout and reposted her post on his Instagram story. Although Vaani and Varun have not featured in any film together, their strong bond has left everyone hoping to see them on the silver screen.
Meanwhile, the duo is currently busy shooting for their respective movies. Vaani will next be seen in ‘Shamshera’ with Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. The movie has been directed by Karan Malhotra and is bankrolled by Yash Raj Films. Varun, on the other hand, has been shooting for his next project ‘Bhediya’ with Kriti Sanon. Helmed by Amar Kaushik, the horror-comedy marks Varun-Kriti’s second outing together after Shah Rukh Khan starrer Dilwale. Bhediya is slated to hit the theatres on 25 November 2022.
