Thalaivii
Kangana Ranaut, who is gearing up for the release of her upcoming film 'Thalaivii,' has met another snag after three major multiplex chains reportedly declined to accept the movie, which is due to enter theatres on September 10th. The rationale for the multiplex's decision is that, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the chains need a minimum exclusive theatrical window of at least four weeks.

Kangana responded by posting a message to the multiplex owners on her Instagram account. She wrote, “No films are choosing theatres, very few and very brave like my producers @vishnuinduri @shaaileshrsingh are compromising on huge profits and letting go of exclusive streaming options only for the love of cinema.” Thalaivii is a multilingual film and revolves around the life of J. Jayalalithaa, actress and politician who turned six times as the chief minister of Tamil Nadu, with Kangana Ranaut playing the lead.

Shanaya Kapoor Trolled
Sanjay Kapoor’s daughter Shanaya Kapoor will make her debut under dharma productions. Before debuting in a film, the star kid got a chance to feature in an ad commercial for a renowned brand. And she quite enjoyed it, but it didn’t go well with the audience. The trollers trolled her brutally for her fake accents and acting which according to them was just like her good friend Ananya Panday.

Trolls target Karan Johar
Being Shanaya’s mentor, Karan also shared the same ad on his Instagram handle and the trolls lost it. They trolled KJo to such an extent for nepotism that he had to turn off the comment section. Netizens also pointed out that Karan thinks after one patriotic movie like Shershaah people will forget about the other factors but they won’t.

Sidharth Shukla demise
Actor Sidharth Shukla’s death came as a shock to the entire industry and fans. As it was hard to believe and it still is, Sidharth passed away at a very young age due to heart attack. The actor took his last breath while he was with his mother, sisters, and Shehnaaz Gill. The celebrities took to Twitter to mourn his death and visited his residence for the cremation. Some of them also visited Cooper Hospital where Sidharth was declared dead.

Armaan Kohli arrested
Bollywood actor Armaan Kohli was arrested along with four more people in a drug case. His Andheri residence yielded one gram of cocaine, according to the agency. An NDPS court sentenced the actor to 14 days in judicial prison on Wednesday.

Apart from drug consumption, the NCB had previously stated that they have filed severe accusations against the actor. Kohli will now be charged for either drug consumption or being a part of a drug delivery network, according to their charge sheet.

South Actor Siddharth stunned by death hoax
South actor Siddharth has expressed his disappointment after people mourn his death on Twitter instead of Sidharth Shukla. Siddharth shared a tweet that showed his picture with the message 'RIPSidharth'. He said, "This tweet and the replies. Nothing should surprise us these days I guess. I'm speechless." in another tweet, he said, "Targetted hate and harassment. What have we been reduced to?"
