Only recently, Bollywood choreographer Ganesh Acharya was accused of asking a fellow choreographer of watching porn in his office. He has also been in the news for his feud with Saroj Khan. Now, here’s another controversy that has surrounded Ganesh. Yesterday, a woman choreographer alleged the choreographer of sexual harassment during her 90s. An FIR in regards to this matter has been registered at Mumbai’s Amboli Police Station. In her letter to the National Commission for Women (NCW), the complainant alleged Acharya of “coercing” her into having sex in 1990; however, she escaped.

The woman in question has also named two women - Jayashree Kelkar and Preeti Lad - who have been accused of beating the accuser during an event of the Indian Film and Television Choreographers Association in Andheri on January 26. As of now, no arrests have been made. The Additional Commissioner of Police (West), Manoj Sharma, in a conversation with Mid Day, said, "We have registered an FIR against Ganesh Acharya and two others and further investigation is underway.” (ALSO READ - After Ganesh Acharya’s Porn Video Controversy, Another Woman Claims She Was Sexually Abused By Him In The 90s)
