Ganesh Chaturthi 2021: Shilpa Shetty Bringing Ganpati Bappa Home Marks A New Beginning For The Brave Actress
After all that Shilpa Shetty has gone through, the last thing she needs is fingers pointing at her accusingly for going into a celebratory mode during the Ganesh Chaturthi when her husband entrepreneur Raj Kundra is in jail.

A friend of the actress says Ms Shetty was in two minds about the event. “She wondered if it would be the right thing to do considering Raj was not at home. But celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi is a very old tradition in the Shetty household. Shilpa and her sister Shamita have grown up with it. To not bring Bappa home is unimaginable for Shilpa.”

Apparently, her mother who is not only Shilpa’s primary guiding force but also a skilled astrologer advised her to go ahead with the Ganpati festivities as normal.

“Shilpa wants her children to have a normal life. She won’t allow the shadow of her husband’s doings to be reflected on them. They have been told that their father is away on a long business trip,” says the friend.
