Gang War Erupts At Film City During Big B's Shoot

Amitabh Bachchan was shooting at Film City today in Goregaon, Mumbai. In the middle of the shoot, he was in for a shock as a gang war erupted in the vicinity.

Obviously, the shoot was stalled and the stars rushed to a secure area. Soon, the superstar posted on Twitter how firing has broken out. He wrote:



Initial reports suggest that one has been shot at. The victim is Raju Shinde, who has a monopoly over the sets at Film City. Around 2 pm, 4 people riding on two motorbikes drove past him while he was sitting outside Trinity Building in the area and fired 3 rounds of bullets at him.

The police has rushed to the area and is trying to bring the situation under control. The entire area has been cordoned off and all shoots have been cancelled until further notice.

Is this a warning to all Mumbai's film studios which are lacking in security? Will the Government wake up at least now?
