Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ananya Panday’s upcoming Shakun Batra's film has been the talk of the town since its inception. Titled ‘Gehraiyaan’, the first look teaser of the film and its release date is out. The entire cast took to social media to share its highly-awaited teaser that has left everyone super impressed. Deepika and Siddhant’s sizzling chemistry is indeed the major highlight of the teaser. Right from passionate kisses, to Deepika's hot bikini avatar, the teaser is a deep tale of love and the complications that come with it.
Sharing the teaser on her Instagram handle, Deepika wrote, “A piece of my heart.” Siddhant said, “They say you leave pieces of yourself in everything you love. Maybe you'll find my heart here. Ananya Panday wrote, “It's time to dive in a little deeper.”
The video begins with a knock at Deepika’s door, and she finds Siddhant Chaturvedi on the other side of it. The two then are seen embracing each other with a soothing song Gehraiyaan playing in the backdrop. We also see glimpses of Ananya Panday and Dhairya Karwa in the teaser. Going by it, it seems like the film will talk about two couples Deepika and Dhairya, Ananya and Siddhant dealing with their complex relationships.
In a statement, Karan Johar who is producing the film said, “Gehraiyaan is an intense, real, and honest observation of modern relationships, and Shakun has done a phenomenal job of portraying the complexities of human emotions. That, combined with the cast’s earnest and powerful performances, make the film a truly compelling story.”
