SpotboyE.com has learnt that the wrestler himself too was present during the meeting. Turns out, Mahavir, his wife and his daughters made a two-day visit to the Khan residence to meet the man, who will bring the wrestler's life on screen in Nitesh Tiwari's Dangal.
When contacted, Mahavir confirmed the news and said, "Aamir saab wanted to meet my family and me for a very long time. Bahut busy aadmi hai woh but we finally made it. He treated us with such love and affection. He wanted to know everything about my life, my struggles and my few achievements."
The reason Mahavir permitted Nitesh and Aamir to plan a biopic on him is that he wants to give out a strong message to the society. "I've always seen parents, especially in Haryana, discriminating between girls and boys. I trained my daughters to become wrestlers because I think girls are no less than boys. Aamir also agrees with this," adds Mahavir, whose daughters and he have been given a script narration of Dangal.
He continues, "Aamir saab is ready in every which way to play a wrestler. He has promised to come to my akhada in Haryana. Whenever he comes, hum log ek baar do do haath zaroor karenge."
