Govinda’s Birthday Bash: Actor Had A Special Celebration Organized By His Wife Sunita Ahuja Where He Danced To OG Song Goriya Chura Na Mera Jiya

Hero No 1 fame Govinda turned a year older today. The actor ringed his 57th Birthday with his family and close friends. As wishes have been pouring in for the actor since morning, many fans of Govinda showered lots of love too. His Coolie No 1, Hero No 1 co-star Karisma Kapoor also made a heartfelt post for Chi Chi on the special day. Now, Govinda shared how he celebrated his birthday. He disclosed details from his midnight Birthday bash organized by his wife Sunita Ahuja. And, the actor revealed how he danced to the 90s hit songs with his friends.
Speaking with ETimes, Govinda opened up about the celebrations and revealed that his wife Sunita had planned a surprise Birthday party for him. He mentioned that she made sure that all his friends were invited to the party. Govinda said, "My wife had planned a surprise birthday party for me wherein all my friends were invited.” The actor mentioned he had a blast with his friends and added, “There were Rajpal Yadav, Ravi Kishan, Armaan Kohli, Ganesh Acharaya, Shakti Kapoor, etc.” Govinda revealed that he danced to his 90s hits with choreographer Ganesh Acharya. He said, “I danced to my 90's song 'Goriya Chura Na Mera Jiya' with Ganesh Acharya. We stopped when the milkman rang the bell at 6 am.”
The actor mentioned that the midnight party went on till 6 AM. With the year nearing an end, Govinda hoped that 2021 would be better. He mentioned that he has prayed to God that things normalize again. Govinda concluded, “I pray to the lord that the world gets free from the ongoing pandemic and we all go back to normal in 2021.”
Meanwhile, the Hero No 1 actor was dressed in black. The party was held at Govinda’s residence in the city, and it was all decked in balloons for his special bash. The actor looked handsome and dashing as always in his Birthday avatar. Apart from that, Govinda's son Yashvardhan Ahuja also shared a sneak-peek from the party. He gave a glimpse of the special neon sign put up as decor for his dad’s birthday party. The star kid made the post on his Instagram stories.
