The Delhi High Court has lifted its stay from the broadcast of the adult comedy starring Vivek Oberoi, Riteish Deshmukh and Aftab Shivdasani.
But you won't see the film in your drawing rooms in full. You can watch only 98 minutes of the 135 minute film, and mind you, it will come to you with 218 cuts!
A green signal by the bench of Chief Justice G Rohini and Justice Jayant Nath given in this regard says that the film shall be exhibited "in strict compliance with requirement of the endorsement of a caution in terms of provisions of the Cinematograph Act 1952."
The August 21, 2015 ban order had been enforced following a PIL filed by a certain Edara Gopi Chand, through advocate Gaurav Bansal.
