On the occasion of 74th Independence Day, Kareena Kapoor Khan-Saif Ali Khan's munchkin Taimur Ali Khan and his cousin Inaaya Kemmu celebrate freedom by holding the Indian flag, check out their cute pictures.
Today marks the 74th Independence Day, a day when India got its independence from the British rule. On this very special day, the Indian flag is hoisted, along with songs about freedom playing everywhere to honour the sacrifices that helped us gain independence. Well, the celebrations this year have been a little different due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic but our celebrities are leaving no stone unturned in raising everyone’s spirit through some inspiring social media posts. After a streak of stars, we now got a glimpse of Taimur Ali Khan and Inaaya Kemmu’s Independence Day celebrations and they are all things adorable.
The picture shared by Kareena Kapoor Khan on her Instagram sees a super cute Taimur holding two Indian flags with utmost love. Her caption read, “Freedom in our minds, faith in our words and pride in our souls. #HappyIndependenceDay.” Taking to her stories, Bebo also shared a video of Taimur raising the Indian flag at home. Kunal Kemmu, on the other hand, shared a picture of his baby girl Inaaya in her mother Soha’s arms, as she held the tricolour flag. Needless to say, the mother-daughter duo looked adorable as ever. In his caption, Kunal Kemmu wished all his followers, while also hoping for Independence from the Coronavirus pandemic.
He wrote, “All these years we celebrated Independence Day and celebrated our freedom, fought for bravely and selflessly by our forefathers. Even though we knew what it would mean to not have freedom we never understood what it meant, until now. Freedom has a new meaning and it means so much more today as we as a country as a world and as a species fight this virus. We are no longer free to do anything and everything we please.”

It is a battle that we all are in together and the COVID19 frontline warriors are leading this fight for months now selflessly and fiercely. I am positive that we will win this fight soon.
