Geeta popularly known as Geeta Maa assisted the director and choreographer Farah Khan. The choreographer before climbing the success ladder assisted Farah Khan for a very long time until Farah’s debut directorial Main Hoon Na. As we celebrate Teacher’s Day today, Geeta Kapur took to her social media to share a cute throwback picture with her mentor and guru Farah Khan.
Farah Khan and Geeta Kapur have a long friendship and together have choreographed many iconic songs together. Geeta rose to fame in Television and Bollywood following the steps of her Teacher Farah Khan. The day, September 5 is celebrated as Teacher’s day throughout the country and students honour this day with celebrations and wishes for their beloved teachers. Geeta Kapur took to her Instagram to share a picture from her old assisting days with her Mentor Farah Khan. The two look beautiful in the picture and we can surely spot how far they have come with their friendship. Geeta and Farah have once again come back to choreograph for Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi starring Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif. The Teacher-student duo recently shared pictures and videos on their respective social media accounts as they were happy reuniting for a film.
