Sara Ali Khan is undoubtedly one of the most promising actresses that we have in the industry. Despite being a few films old, she has carved a successful niche for herself and has worked with many ‘big stars’ so early in her career. Needless to say, Sara is ahead of her contemporaries Ananya Panday, Janhvi Kapoor, and Radhika Madan, each of whom she shares a great bond. In a recent interview, the Simmba actress revealed why she doesn’t feel insecure about friendships with her contemporaries actresses.

Speaking to RJ Siddharth Kannan, Sara asserted that she is so comfortable in her own skin that she does not feel any sort of insecurity. She admitted that competition does exist, but the young actresses have bonded over their unique experience of starting out around the same time in showbiz. Explaining how COVID-19 has affected their careers, the actress was quoted saying, “We have a lot in common, We are young actors, and we’ve lost important years to COVID-19. This is something that only we can express to each other; there’s an understanding we have with each other that we don’t have with others. Of course there is competition, but if you know who you are, and if you stay true to yourself, there’s no harm.”



Notably, In November this year, Sara and Janhvi visited the Kedarnath temple together and their photos of doing puja and posing together went viral. Sara also went to Ladakh with Radhika Madan and Jasleen Royal back in August.

On the professional front, the Kedarnath actress is awaiting the release of her film 'Atrangi Re' with Akshay Kumar and Dhanush. Aanand L.
