Disha Patani is all set to reunite with her rumoured ex-boyfriend Tiger Shroff in their upcoming project, Jagan Shakti's Hero No 1 according to reports. This collaboration marks their second on-screen pairing, with their first being in Ahmed Khan's Baaghi 2. The duo initially appeared together in the lively music video,"Befikra." Earlier Sara Ali Khan was locked in as the leading lady but the actress backed out of the project. Addressing the reports about Disha replacing Sara, filmmaker Jagan, known for his work in Mission Mangal, mentioned, "Disha is the most suitable and physically fit for the action sequences. Hero No 1 is reported to be a film with two female leads. Alongside Disha, Hrithik Roshan's cousin, Pashmina Roshan, will be featured as Tiger's romantic interest. Notably, the movie is an independent project and not a remake or sequel to the 1997 Govinda-starrer film, which was directed by David Dhawan.


Disha Patani is set to make her Tamil debut in the epic action-drama "Kanguva," featuring Suriya. Additionally, she has a role in Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD, which boasts a star-studded cast including Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and other notable actors in pivotal roles. While Tiger is currently enjoying the release of Ganapath.
