Lo! Yo Yo is back!
It all began this evening. As reported by SpotboyE (Yo Yo Honey Singh to go live after 18 months!!, Feb 26), Honey Singh made his first public appearance today at the Mirchi Music awards after his mysterious 18-month long absence from the music circuit.
As he entered the venue Yash Raj Studios (Andheri), Singh looked low on energy. He walked along, and we asked him about his health and whereabouts. "I shall talk to you about that in the coming days. It's a long story," he quipped and dashed off backstage.
And lo! The story changed dramatically in five minutes.
The rapper, who virtually disappeared after the SLAM tour in September 2014, let out his pent up energy on the famous Lungi Dance number from Chennai Express and followed it up with Sunny Sunny from Yaariyan.
The crowd went mad with joy.
Honey Singh has indeed returned. Good news for the music industry.
