The fourth installment of the Housefull franchise has created a lot of excitement among the fans right from the moment it was announced. The franchise has loyal followers who were waiting eagerly for the trailer of Housefull 4 to launch and just a little while ago, it was released! The film, which stars Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Kharbanda and Pooja Hedge in the lead roles, is a reincarnation comedy and will feature all the stars in double roles. The trailer launch of Housefull 4 was attended by its lead cast and Akshay Kumar answered quite a few questions by the media at the launch.
During the launch of Housefull 4 trailer, Akshay Kumar was questioned about other actors in the film industry and why don’t they, unlike Akshay Kumar, do charity work and donate. The humble actor was quick to jump to the defense of his fellow industry folks and denied it. He said that it’s not true and that everyone from the industry- whether its Salman Khan or Ajay Devgn- does charity work. When interrupted by the reporter, Akshay Kumar firmly said that since he is a part of the industry, he knows everything that goes on and who does what. In other news, Housefull 4 will be helmed by Farhad Samji after Sajid Khan’s exit post the #MeToo wave. The film is slated to release this Diwali.
