Sanjay Dutt shared, in his first social media post after being diagnosed with lung cancer, wished his fans a Happy Independence Day, while Salman Khan asked everyone to be 100% reliable and dependable.

On 74th Independence Day, Bollywood celebs like Akshay Kumar, Priyanka Chopra, Vicky Kaushal, Lata Mangeshkar, Amitabh Bachchan and Kangana Ranaut, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif, all have come together to wish their fans on their respective social media accounts. Following the same route, the recent ones we saw wishing were Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan, who have penned heartwarming wishes for their fans and followers on Twitter. Interestingly, Sanjay made his first post on social media after he was diagnosed with lung cancer. While wishing his fans, he shared a picture of the tricolour and simply wrote, 'Jai Hind. Happy Independence Day to all.'

Seeing his post, fans quickly wished him the same while also wished him good health and speedy recovery. Salman Khan, on the other hand, also extended wishes in his own style. His tweet read, "Be 100% reliable and dependable... Happy Independence Day... Jai Hind" The Dabangg star recently launched his Being Human face mask amid pandemic and said, "Being Human Clothing ne aaj mask launch kiya hai. Aur, hamara ek hi task, pehno aur pehnao." 

Coming back to Sanjay's lung cancer, reportedly, the Panipat actor will seek permission from the government for travelling abroad for his treatment. He has taken a short break from work for medical treatment. He announced his break on Instagram which read, "Hi friends, I am taking a short break from work for some medical treatment. My family and friends are with me and I urge my well wishers not to worry if unnecessarily speculate. With your love and good wishes, I will be back soon," backed the note with a folded hand emoticon.
