Clash of India-China at the Galwan Valley in eastern Ladakh, has once again left the country mourning. Many celebs taking to their social networking account paid their last respect and condolences to the family of 20 martyrs. Today Priyanka Chopra also taking to her Twitter account paid her condolences to martyrs families. Praying to the almighty to give the bereaved families strength to cope with this irreplaceable loss, followed by prayers penned in Sanskriti which speaks about strength and peace in life. 

Her Twitter read, “My heart goes out to the soldiers and their families. May God give them the strength to cope with this irreparable loss.“ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय” ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय । तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय ।मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय । ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥" To the less initiated ones The Sky Is Pink actress was also born to Dr. Ashok Chopra and Mr. Madhu Chopra who served as doctors in the Indian Army, hence understanding the pain and loss of these families comes naturally to the actress. 

Priyanka Chopra has been quite active on the social media platform in the lockdown period, few days ago she remembered her father on his 7th death anniversary and just 2-3 days ago penned a long post wishing her mother Madhu Chopra on her birthday. 


Currently residing with her husband Nick Jonas in LA, United States, the actress will be next seen on the screen, opposite Rajkummar Rao in the movie titled The White Tiger.
