Akshay Kumar has reportedly purchased an apartment worth Rs 7.8 crore in Khar West, Mumbai
Bollywood’s Khiladi Akshay Kumar is the most bankable star in Bollywood and there is no denying that. In fact, he is one of the highest-paid actors in the industry with many endorsements in his kitty. Akshay owns several luxurious properties, including expensive cars, watches, and apartments, including houses in Goa and Mauritius. The Housefull actor has reportedly bought a new house in Mumbai’s Khar West for a whopping amount of Rs 7.8 crore. Yes, you read that right!
According to the latest report in Money Control, Akshay’s new home is spread across an area of 1878 sq. ft and is located on the 19th floor of Joy Legend, a building by Joy Builder in Khar West. The property was registered on January 7 this year. The new apartment reportedly comprises four car parking spaces, a beautiful balcony, and three or four bedrooms. Going by the photos of the actor’s new apartment, it is quite evident that the new abode has been designed as per his taste and like. With beautiful interiors, huge space, the new apartment is no less than the house of your dreams.

It was earlier reported Akshay had sold his office in Andheri West for Rs. 9 crores in December 2021. The transaction was processed and registered on December 21 last year.

For the coming years, he has his hands full with many exciting and big-budget movies. Amongst them are, Bachchan Pandey, Prithviraj, Cinderella, Ram Setu, Raksha Bandhan, and Oh My God 2 to name a few.
